2015 has been a wonderful year for me. It began with a lump in my breast. My body was telling me that the way I was living no longer worked. I had stopped believing in a subtle but powerful force: that quiet voice within me, my intuition. I went through the motions and had big goals, but I wasn't enjoying each moment. Life was a struggle, and I no longer felt grateful to be alive.
My lump embodied this disconnect. When I discovered it, I knew it was a gift. A recognition, an invitation to connect wholeheartedly with my deepest silence and with all that surrounds me. I climbed on the raft of wonder, and life began to expand again. Now I am present, open, healthy and alive. My biopsy confirms this.
